Coton Sport FC Garoua has to play in front of an empty field and is fined
On June 30th, the semi-final match of the Cameroonian football championship between Les Astres Douala and Coton Sport FC Garoua (0:2) was played in the Omnisport Stadium Roumde Adjia.
After the final whistle, Coton Sport FC Garoua supporters stormed the field.
For this behavior of the fans, Coton Sport FC Garoua was sentenced to play the first home game of the 2022/2023 season in front of empty stands.
In addition, Coton Sport has to pay a fine of 500,000 FCFA (about 760 euros) to the Cameroonian Football Association.
